T-Mobile Magenta Unlimited Plan
This is the best cell phone plan with unlimited data and costs just $70. It has 3GB of LTE hotspot data, 480p video streaming, and unlimited 2G data overseas. It also has 5G overage, but HD streaming will cost extra.
Verizon 5GB Plan
The Verizon 5 plan costs $55 per month after the $5 autopay discount, and features carryover data, and a safety mode that prevents any data overages. If you don’t need unlimited data, this plan is excellent.
Verizon Prepaid Plan
The Verizon 8GB Prepaid Plan costs $35 with a limited time discount (actual price $45), and offers 16GB of data. That name is misleading in a delightful way. The coverage is excellent, but speeds can be throttled in case there is network congestion.
Metro by T-Mobile Unlimited Plan
The Metro Unlimited Plan costs $50 and offers unlimited data with 5GB of LTE hotspot data, and 100GB of Google One storage. It uses T-Mobile’s network and has no restrictions on audio streaming. Additional lines cost $30 only. But, video streaming is limited to 480p, and congestion causes speed throttling.
T-Mobile Connect
The T-Mobile Connect Plan costs a mere $15 because it offers only 2GB of data. The plan grows by 500MB annually, and you can upgrade to the 5GB T-Mobile Connect option for $25.
Visible Plan
The Visible Party Pay plan is the best-prepaid plan for families. It costs $100 for four lines of unlimited data and has no caps on speed. It uses Verizon’s network, and additional lines are at $35 each after the first four. It’s also offering a range of phones, including the iPhone and leading Android models.
Google Fi Unlimited Plan
Google’s Fi Unlimited plan costs $70 per month and provides unlimited data. It uses service from multiple carriers, offers free texting and data while you travel, along with great international coverage. It supports a wide variety of phones, but optimized features are limited to select models.
